Washing Instructions:

Machine wash on gentle with cold water, then tumble dry on low on low heat.

FAQ:

Q - When I order a custom, how long will it take to make and ship?

A - When you place your custom order, the materials are ordered as soon as I can order them. The materials take around 1-2 weeks to ship, and when they arrive I will make your custom within 48-96 hours. From there, it is shipped out to you, which can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on your location. The very rough estimate is around 1 month.  Long story short, please be patient with your order, and if you have any concerns message me on Instagram. 

Q - What does the process of ordering a custom look like?

A - To start off, you will contact me on Instagram. If I have a spot available and you are chosen, I will get the necessary info to make your custom. I will create a spot on the site for your custom, giving you a code to buy the product, and the custom will be start being made.

 

Q - Where are you based, and do you ship internationally?

A - I am based in the US, and international shipping is not a problem at all, but may cost a bit extra.

 

Q - Why are your commissions closed?

A - If I have enough orders to stay busy, I will close commissions to catch up with orders. Once some orders are fulfilled, I will accept some more commissions, so be on the lookout over on my Instagram.

 

Q - Why do some pieces not have pictures?

A - This only means the product is only a placeholder. When someone orders a custom, I need a way to accept their payment on the site directly, so they purchase it here while I get the materials lined up. It will then update with a picture as the piece is completed.
